Q: I see the Tour price was reduced to $299 from $399. Will the price be raised back to $399?
A: The development, programming skills, and manpower that were invested in the technology of the tours justifies the $399 price. The broadband company that hosts the tours charges us every time a tour is viewed at a retail cost of 2.5 cent per-view. 6,000 views carries an expense of $150.00 to Tour Arizona. However, the introductory price is being offered to stimulate demand for the product and get the Branded Tours out to more Realtors. The $299 price will stay in affect throughout the first phase of tour distribution but may be reinstated to $399 in the future.

Q: Will the Tour price change when I renew the annual license?
A: No, your renewal price will be the same as your initial price.

Q: How can I pay for my Realtor Branded Tour?
A: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. A personal check can be used, but your Branded Tour will be released after the check has been received. Contact us for instructions if you pay by check.

Q: When will I receive my Tour?
A: Plan on an average of one-week, though during times of high demand it may take as long as two-weeks.

Q: Can I cancel my Branded Tour before the year is over.
A: No, because the time and effort to design your Tour will have already been expended.

Q: Is the Tour just for relocation customers.
A: No. First of all, your Branded Tour will be a new and exciting addition to your website. Your customers will see that your site incorporates the latest technology. Secondly, the Tour contains many educational facts that even long-time residents do not know. Arizona’s population is one of the fastest growing in the U.S., and visitors to your site have a wide demographic - including varying degrees of knowledge about the area. People, especially internet savvy people, desire information. Your site can provide it.

Q: How do I make my Branded Tour part of my website?
A: You will receive a link to insert into your website’s HTML code.

Q: Will the link take visitors away from my website?
A.: No. Visitors who click on your Branded Tour will open a new browser so that your site always stays active on their screen.

Q: What if I do not know how to insert the HTML link into my website?
A: Your website host will know how to do this. Contact them for assistance. If you have no one that can help, we can provide helpful information for inserting the HTML coded link.

Q: Can I use my Branded Tour in an email signature or send it to a customer?
A: Yes. This is another great feature. Use the link in your email signature and email the link to customers who will want to see the tour. Instructions will come with your Branded Tour.

Q: The Tour comes with one upper-right panel. Can I make changes to that panel?
A: No. That panel is incorporated into all tours. You may purchase an additional Ad Panel if you would like to convey a custom message to your customers.

Q: What will my upper-left panel look like?
A: It will contain your company logo directly over your picture.

Q: What size photos and logos do I need for the Upper-left panels?
A: The panels are 128 pixels wide by 228 pixels high. Pictures and logos that are 128 wide by 114 high will fit ideally, as the logo will fit directly over your photo. Pictures you submit will be resized to fit the panel.

Q: The Tour comes with a second upper-left panel. How does a customer see the second panel?
A: During loading your Branded Tour displays a Windows message telling viewers to “click” anywhere on the tour to activate the Tour controls. After the viewer clicks, the top panel and bottom panels rotate each time a cursor passes over the panel.

Q: Can I use photos for my second upper-left panel?
A: Yes. Photos can be used, keeping in mind the size of the panel is 128 pixels wide by 228 pixels high. Some photos will not look right when adjusted to that size and will need to be cropped. Many people choose to put text on the second panel (example: Receive a FREE home warranty when you purchase a house through me!)

Q: Can the 100 words I write for “About This Tour” and “More Information” be about any subject?
A: Yes, it is your choice. These areas provide an opportunity to display your unique perspective about the county or cities you serve. You can also tell your customers about yourself or guarantees. The text must be submitted as either a Word or Notepad file.

Q: What can I link to the “Brochure” tab?
A: Any URL you submit will be linked to the Brochure navigation tab (such as a specific page from your website or a virtual tour).

Q: Are all the Ad Panels linked to a URL?
A: Yes, all Ad panels contain a link to the site or page of your choice.

Q: What URL’s can I link to the Ad Panels?
A: If you are selling an Ad Panel to your vendor, then the vendor’s site would be linked. If you are using the Ad Panels for your own self-promotion, choose any page from your site, virtual tour, etc.

Q: Are there any limitations to the custom designs for additional Ad Panels that I order?
A: Not really. But you will need to provide the artwork, photos, words, and concept for the panel.

Q: What if the Ad Panel needs to be changed after initial design?
A: If the Ad Panel does not look like you envisioned it, we will make changes to the design. However, in the interests of fairness we want to limit re-designs to just one or two times.

Q: What size is the Ad Panel and how does that affect pictures or logos I want to place in it?
A: The dimensions of the Ad Panel are 260 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. Any artwork or photos you submit will be resized to fit the panel.

Q: Can I make a change to an Ad Panel after it has been on my Branded Tour for a period of time?
A: Each Ad Panel must be designed and takes time, so each change will incur another $50 charge. Some Realtors prefer to put a picture of a “Featured Listing” in the Ad Panel. If you intend to do that on a regular basis, contact us for special pricing, terms, and conditions.

Q: Can I order more than 5 additional Ad Panels?
A: Yes, you can. See the question above and contact us for special pricing, terms, and conditions.

Q: Can I use a photo or ad that I already have for an Ad Panel?
A: Yes. We will make the necessary changes to insure it fits the panel and add the text you require.

Q: The Branded Tour has a “Contact Me” and “Website” navigation tab. Why is that necessary if customers are viewing my Branded Tour from my website?
A: Your Branded Tour can be emailed to people, and people who receive it can forward it to others. No matter where the tour goes the viewer will still have a direct link back to you.

Q: What are numbers “1 – 5 “on the Branded Tour control panel?
A: There are 5 choices for background music for your Tour. The viewer can select one or even turn off the sound.
